Pauline Chau was born in Hong Kong, and has resided in Singapore for many years. She is a certified practitioner in Sports Massage (ITEC),Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) & Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT) (Dr Vodder School International)and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) (Body Intelligence Training). She is a professional member of Pacific Association of Craniosacral Therapists (PACT).Pauline is armed with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Australia), had worked in hotel and manufacturing industry in Hong Kong and Singapore respectively before embarking therapy career.
Pauline has started practicing since 2005 with Chiropractors and Sports Medicine Doctors. In 2007, she has expanded her own practice to offer different holistic treatments to general public. She is specialised in treating lymphedema (cancer patients), muscularskeletal and emotional conditions. Pauline also has experiences in educational field and acted as a trainer with Body Intelligence in Singapore and Hong Kong. She is a strong believer in holistic treatments to help improve well-being physically and emotionally,
Pauline was a piano teacher in classical music. She speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She enjoys music, pilates, yoga and bodywork practices.

Pauline came up with a treatment plan to take care of me after my surgery and during my chemo program which consist of lymphatic massage, bandages of my left leg to reduce swelling. These treatments are very important which normally doctor do not address. These treatments definitely minimize lymphedema for me.In February 2023, I developed double vision while I was in hospital. My doctor had the eye specialist to examine me and concluded both eyes were fine therefore MRI was recommended. So while waiting for the MRI test I engaged Pauline for an alternative treatment. She did BCST on my eyes and surprising the next day I had better vision but came back later in the afternoon. Therefore I repeated the BCST for another 2 times and by the 3rd treatment I no longer had double vision. I would like to thank Pauline for my recovery as I was really getting worried. I went to Pauline for cranio-sacral therapy. She is very gifted. My nervous system was very agitated and she was able to calm it down right away. The treatment interrupted a stress pattern of back spasms I frequently get. During treatment I was able to drop into a deeply restorative state where my body could realign itself as it needed to. I felt reset after the treatments and much more embodied. I highly recommend Pauline.
I have been going to Pauline regularly for eight years to receive Dr Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy to prevent lymphedema after receiving intensive breast cancer treatment. My arm movement is smooth and it looks amazing normal for someone whose lymph nodes have been all been removed during surgery. Pauline is empathetic and caring. She is highly skilled in her field and I would recommend her to anyone who requires manual lymphatic drainage therapy.
Pauline is an amazing therapist. I've had manual lymphatic massage with her for the past few months and I could immediately see a difference in water retention a day later. Right after a session, my body would start to detox with increased perspiration and thirst. I would also be so relaxed during the massage and experience deep sleep during the night. Highly skilled in her area of expertise, Pauline certainly has a healing touch and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.
I have been receiving Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatments from Pauline to ease my swelling post surgery and for lymphedema prevention as well. Pauline is very kind and highly skilled in treating lymphdema (trained in the Vodderschool), my affected limb has become normal again and my sleep has been deep and good since the treatment. I would highly recommend Pauline to anyone who requires MLD treatment. Five stars.
